Launch your MVP in 6–8 weeks — without hiring a CTO or bloating the team

We design and build SaaS products with practical AI inside. Start with a fixed first step — workshop, scope, or audit — and get a clear plan, estimate, and timeline before investing in full development.

Productized offers

Start with a small step — without risking a large budget

Instead of ordering full development right away, lock one result: validate a hypothesis, estimate scope, or find risks. Then you decide what comes next.

Turn your idea into a roadmap, scope, and estimate in one workshop

The most common early mistake is starting to code without a clear scope and burning budget on rework. This workshop locks the product before a line of code is written.

What you get
User flow map, architecture direction, delivery phases, budget and timeline estimate, and a list of key risks.
For
Founders and early teams with an idea but no technical plan.
Price
€900 – €3 500 · ~2 weeks

Find the processes AI can actually automate before investing in development

Implementing AI because it is fashionable is expensive and usually useless. First we find where automation can produce results and where it cannot.

What you get
Workflow and data map, prioritized automation candidates, risk assessment, and a realistic implementation plan.
For
SMB, e-commerce, and operations teams with a high volume of manual work.
Price
€1 500 – €3 500

Test an AI assistant on your real documents before building the full system

Reduce support load without committing to a full platform immediately. The pilot shows how the assistant performs on your actual data.

What you get
Working pilot over your documents, FAQs, or policies; answer quality assessment; and a clear view of whether the knowledge base is ready for full rollout.
For
Support, SaaS, education, legal, and HR teams with repeated questions.
Price
from €5 000

Understand your product risks and get a concrete fix plan

Legacy code and fragile infrastructure slow growth and worry investors. The audit shows what to fix first and how much effort it will take.

What you get
Architecture, code, infrastructure, and process review; prioritized risk list; and a practical modernization plan with effort estimates.
For
Companies with legacy or risky products before scaling or an investment round.
Price
€1 500 – €5 000

CTO-level control over development without a full-time hire

Hiring a strong CTO is expensive and slow. Get technical leadership when you need it and in exactly the right amount.

What you get
Architecture and roadmap management, contractor and delivery quality control, and technical expertise for scaling decisions.
For
Founders, SMB, and product owners who need a CTO but not a full-time hire.
Price
from €1 500 / month · monthly retainer

How we work

A transparent path from request to launch. At every step you see the plan, price, and risks — and decide whether to continue.

1

Request and short call

You send a request, then we meet for 30 minutes. We clarify the task, goals, and constraints. No pitch deck or sales pressure — just a fit check.

2

Fixed starting step

We start small: workshop, scope, or audit. You get a clear artifact — plan, architecture direction, estimate, and risk list. It usually takes 1–2 weeks and does not commit you to a full build.

3

Plan, estimate, and timeline

You see what will be built, how much it will cost, and when it can ship before the larger work starts. You decide with real numbers in hand, not promises.

4

Development and launch

We build the product in iterations with regular demos. You see progress at each stage, while CTO-level control keeps architecture, quality, and timeline managed.

Founder FAQ

Direct answers to the questions founders usually have before the first request.

We do not have a technical specification yet. Can you still help?

Yes. That is exactly where we usually start. Most founders come with an idea, not a finished specification. The Scope Workshop turns the idea into clear scope, architecture direction, and an estimate.

How long does it take to launch an MVP?

It depends on scope, but a typical MVP can launch in 6–8 weeks after scope is fixed. You receive the exact timeline during the starting step, before development begins.

Why work with you instead of a freelancer or a large agency?

A freelancer may be cheaper, but usually does not own architecture and risk end to end. A large agency is often slower and more expensive. We provide CTO-level technical leadership with a focused team and controlled budget.

What is included in the fixed price, and what is not?

The starting step — workshop, scope, or audit — has a fixed price and a defined artifact: plan, estimate, and recommendations. For full development, we provide an estimate broken down by stages so there are no billing surprises.

What happens if we continue with our own team later?

The code, documentation, and access remain yours. We design the architecture so your team or another vendor can continue without rewriting everything from scratch.

We are an early-stage startup. Are we too small for you?

No. Early-stage startups are a core focus. That is why we start with a small fixed step: it is manageable at the beginning and gives you clarity before larger investment.

Do we really need AI in the product, or is it hype?

Not always. Sometimes AI creates real value, sometimes it only adds cost. We will tell you where automation is worth it and where it is better to avoid it before you invest.

Want to understand budget and timeline without blind risk?

Start with a fixed step and get a clear plan before committing to full development.

SaaS MVP scope workshop

Problem

A founder had an idea but no technical roadmap — unsure what to build first, how long, or at what cost.

Solution

A fixed-scope workshop: user flows, MVP boundary, architecture direction, phased delivery and budget.

Result

A roadmap, a budget estimate of €15 000, a 5-week plan, and a clear decision on the project’s feasibility before any development costs were incurred.

Scope · 5 weeks · €15 000

AI support bot

Problem

A support team handled a high volume of repetitive tickets manually — every similar question still required a human to open and answer a ticket.

Solution

We built and deployed an AI support bot trained on a curated Gold Dataset for accurate, reliable answers without involving staff. It also analyzed each day's tickets and grouped similar ones, so a single response could resolve a whole cluster at once.

Result

Real ticket volume dropped 5× as the bot handled repetitive questions on its own — higher service quality and lower support costs. Delivered end-to-end in 4 weeks for €10 000.

Scope · 4 weeks · €10 000 · turnkey

Virtual notary (Web3)

Problem

Creators sharing digital work — song arrangements, web designs, and other original content — had no simple way to prove authorship before sending it out.

Solution

We built a Web3 blockchain system where creators register their work in an online database before distributing it, and receive a certificate confirming copyright ownership — timestamped and verifiable.

Result

Launched as a full SaaS product in 3 months, now offered to platforms on a subscription basis — turning a single idea into a recurring-revenue service.

Scope · 3 months · €25 000 · idea → live SaaS

Sakhanda Music

in-house project

Problem

Running a music label means repetitive media operations that don't scale manually.

Solution

We built the infrastructure ourselves: release workflows, landing pages, content management, analytics, automation.

Result

A running operation on our own automated workflows — the same engineering we bring to client products.

Scope · Ongoing in-house product sakhandamusic.com
